It results in new team dynamics. Ideation techniques are intended to help you push boundaries and think outside the box.Throughout the ideation stage, we brainstormed various ideas that we had not previously considered. Because I had to listen to my team's ideas and thought process when coming up with this idea, it helped us develop our active listening skills. We then each contributed to that idea in order to make it stronger and more beneficial.
