Empathizing is the ability to perceive the emotions and problems of another person. For this project, we identified various stakeholders and created an empathy map canvas for each of them. This streamlined our interactions with stakeholders and allowed us to gain a better understanding of their situation, needs, and expectations. When working with other members, we must always listen to what they have to say and consider their suggestions. By empathizing, we can compare all members' emotions and problems and work accordingly.
