    🤔 Reflection question

After completing CTN, what new awareness do you have for yourself (ME) and your community (WE) and what is one action you might take to continue to explore it?

    Albin's Answer

CTN helped me to develop my social skills and it's a new platform to develop and contribute to society. Everyone's contributions and involvement are equally crucial while working in a group to achieve a good outcome. The necessity for collaboration became increasingly apparent when firms began to consider their employees' need for communication and human touch, growing awareness of the higher motivating value of discussion and mutual support in a team.

    🤔 Reflection question

What did you learn about publicly sharing your ideas that you will carry with you in your future of work?

    Albin's Answer

It is wonderful to get the opportunity to showcase our views. It also helps us improve our communication skills, and most significantly, it allows us to share our views and ideas on a public platform. It aids in the comprehension of various ideas and points of view, which eventually aids in the comprehension of the subject matter.

    🤔 Reflection question

How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is ‘right’?

    Albin's Answer

We gain a better understanding of the risks associated with the idea and the ways in which it can be further improved to meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders by prototyping and testing it.We discovered that an idea cannot be perfect without being prototyped and tested numerous times to eliminate flaws. It taught us to persevere with a task until the desired outcome was achieved, which helped us overcome our fear of failure.

    🤔 Reflection question

How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?

    Albin's Answer

During the stage of ideation, we came up with numerous concepts that we had not previously considered. When I came up with this idea, I had to listen to my team's thoughts and thought processes. This helped us become better at active listening. After that, each of us made a contribution to that idea to make it stronger and more effective and also helps to improve our team's active listening skills.

    🤔 Reflection question

How might you explain the value of you having a systems-thinking mindset when attempting to define and understand a complex problem?

    Albin's Answer

Having this mindset and process would prepare your team for many different situations when done correctly, not that all problems are avoidable. This mindset also shows you a complex problem from many different perspectives which can open up important information and ideas such as leverage points

    🤔 Reflection question

After learning about how to empathize with the people affected by your SDG’s social issue, how you might apply empathy to working with the members on your CTN Innovation Team?

    Albin's Answer

The empathy map canvas assisted us in understanding how critical it is to empathize with the stakeholders who would be impacted by the project. It enabled us to fully comprehend the problem and devise remedies. We may use this understanding to sympathize with team members and boost team performance when working on the innovation team.

    🤔 Reflection question

After completing the Mobius Strip exercise, what do you feel are next steps towards contributing to the community you care about?

    Albin's Answer

After this activity, I believe that in addition to thinking about and working to resolve personal issues involving our family or friends, we also need to consider the challenges facing our community. Therefore, it will be much simpler to comprehend community concerns, and we will also be able to identify better solutions for the problems that the community faces.
