    🤔 Reflection question

After completing CTN, what new awareness do you have for yourself (ME) and your community (WE) and what is one action you might take to continue to explore it?

    Jithin's Answer

A novel and intriguing experience was CTN. It aided in my realisation that even a small effort can contribute to significant social change. It aided in my comprehension of the significance of each system stakeholder. I gained knowledge of fresh, creative approaches to tackling social problems and came up with solutions.

    🤔 Reflection question

What did you learn about publicly sharing your ideas that you will carry with you in your future of work?

    Jithin's Answer

By disclosing our ideas to the public, we leave ourselves open to a variety of reactions, suggestions, and criticisms. By adding the elements that might have been overlooked, it can help the idea become even better. We learned how to tell stories to more effectively communicate our ideas through the Pecha-Kucha pitch presentation.

    🤔 Reflection question

How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is ‘right’?

    Jithin's Answer

The need to test an idea before implementing it makes prototyping essential. As a result of the testing, we are aware of their methods for success, the difficulties they encountered, and the ways in which we can overcome them to implement a particular idea successfully. Given that we are aware of the current circumstances and various points of view, this challenge was extremely significant.

    🤔 Reflection question

How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?

    Jithin's Answer

Throughout the ideation stage, we came up with numerous ideas that we had not previously considered. It helped us improve our active listening skills because I had to listen to my team's thoughts and thought process when coming up with this idea. We then each contributed to that idea to make it stronger and more effective. Our team struggled with the Ideation stage, which required intense brainstorming to come up with different ideas and how each idea might fit in the ideate canvas. However, it aided us in thinking differently and coming up with new solutions to the problem. We listened to and discussed each other's ideas as we worked through the ideate template, and it was a great way to boost our team's active participation.

    🤔 Reflection question

How might you explain the value of you having a systems-thinking mindset when attempting to define and understand a complex problem?

    Jithin's Answer

Systems thinking is a problem-solving technique that looks into the connections between organisational functions. Systems thinking is useful because it allows you to predict the consequences of a potential change. Bringing them to the surface, making them explicit, testing and improving them so that we become less and less wrong over time. And the benefit is that it is becoming more effective.

    🤔 Reflection question

After learning about how to empathize with the people affected by your SDG’s social issue, how you might apply empathy to working with the members on your CTN Innovation Team?

    Jithin's Answer

Our team was able to empathise with the project's stakeholders thanks to the empathy map canvas. For the project, we identified various stakeholders and created an empathy map canvas for each of them. This made it easier for us to interact with the stakeholders and helped us understand their condition, needs, and expectations better. To comprehend and empathize with the stakeholders and develop a concept that meets all of their wants and expectations, use the empathy map canvas.

    🤔 Reflection question

After completing the Mobius Strip exercise, what do you feel are next steps towards contributing to the community you care about?

    Jithin's Answer

The benefits of Mobius strip activities are as follows, in my opinion. We should put as much attention on understanding the people and communities around us as we do on taking care of ourselves. Since many people experience both physical and mental health issues, both should be prioritized. We should think of communal issues as personal matters in addition to being a part of the community.
