Complete Your "HCDT Stage: Ideate" Reflection: 86
Throughout the ideation stage, we came up with numerous ideas that we had not previously considered. It helped us improve our active listening skills because I had to listen to my team's thoughts and thought process when coming up with this idea. We then each contributed to that idea to make it stronger and more effective. Our team struggled with the Ideation stage, which required intense brainstorming to come up with different ideas and how each idea might fit in the ideate canvas. However, it aided us in thinking differently and coming up with new solutions to the problem. We listened to and discussed each other's ideas as we worked through the ideate template, and it was a great way to boost our team's active participation.
