    - I now see how important it is for social workers or other changemakers to comprehend the problems the stakeholders they are dealing with are facing in order to come up with solutions.

To me, Empathy means to put yourself in one's shoes and understand what someone is going through. By doing the empathy map, I got to know and understand what the disabled and elderly are going through and what were the problems they were facing with accessing transportation and I could also identify and put to use the solutions found.

The empathy map canvas assisted us in understanding how critical it is to empathize with the stakeholders who would be impacted by the project. It enabled us to fully comprehend the problem and devise remedies. We may use this understanding to sympathize with team members and boost team performance when working on the innovation team.

We need to be aware of the circumstance in order to solve any difficulty. In order to do this, we must first know what people believe and feel about it because they are essential to its success. Respecting others' emotions and the difficulties they confront will enable us to work as a team to solve their challenge.

Empathy is the ability to put oneself in another ’s position and understand what they are going through from within their frame of reference. In a situation where I need to put empathy into my team, I would understand each of my team members. I will try to make them active. By knowing what is their situation and what they are going through, the output team work will be more effective and efficient.

Empathizing is the ability to perceive the emotions and problems of another person. For this project, we identified various stakeholders and created an empathy map canvas for each of them. This streamlined our interactions with stakeholders and allowed us to gain a better understanding of their situation, needs, and expectations. When working with other members, we must always listen to what they have to say and consider their suggestions. By empathizing, we can compare all members' emotions and problems and work accordingly.

I can apply empathy to my group because sometimes there is a language barrier, and instead of looking out for myself, I will help them to understand better before we begin assignments/projects.

The empathize module enabled me to see and feel the emotions and struggles of others and their strengths, especially my teammate.  Empath mapping was an excellent exercise for challenging what we hear, see, and feel. We went through several empathy mapping exercises to identify common denominators among our stakeholders. It has shown me that empathy can and should be a way through which we look no matter who we are dealing with. This helped us gain a deeper understanding of the stakeholder's situation, wants needs, and expectations, and helped us connect with them.

We can show empathy to our members on our team by always taking everyone's ideas and not sticking with just one person, but also understand there ideas and maybe other people can build of those ideas and it will show how much we appreciate that idea

Learning about how to empathize with the people affected by the social issue of inclusive and accessible transportation was very beneficial to me because it reminded me that everyone in a community are connected and affect to and by one another. I will apply this while working in my team by deeply listening to members when they are talking and sharing ideas and understanding the meaning to what they are saying. This will cause us to be able to ask bigger questions and have deeper discussions which benefits everyone. I think I will also give my team a chance to hear me and what I have to say because I know how important it is to empathize with those around you. A better sense of community helps me to be a better empathizer.
