I recently discovered how to empathize by using an empathy map, which allowed me to learn more about the perspectives of those affected by the SDG goals I chose. I'm eager to use this empathy-driven strategy when working with my CTN Innovation Team now. To begin with, I'll actively listen to each member of my team, gain an awareness of their distinct viewpoints, and promote open dialogue. Just like I did when I used the empathy map to understand other experiences, through appreciating diversity within the team, I hope to encourage a variety of thoughts and opinions. In addition, I want to make sure that our team's dynamics and objectives match their requirements by incorporating their feedback into our collaborative decision-making procedures. As with addressing issues identified in the empathy map, I'm ready to use empathy in conflict resolution, respecting individual concerns and pursuing solutions that satisfy everyone. I firmly believe that we can encourage growth and creativity by establishing a welcoming environment that values the aspirations of every team member. I'm convinced that our CTN Innovation Team will thrive and produce outstanding results thanks to this continual process of empathic understanding.

Working with the members of my CTN Innovation Team would require using empathy, which would entail carefully listening to their viewpoints, worries, and suggestions for sustainable urban development. We can collectively come up with more thorough and effective answers if we foster a culture where team members feel respected and heard. In the same way that I've learned to put myself in the position of those who are affected by urban challenges, I would work to understand my coworkers' perspectives, promoting open communication and fostering a collaborative environment where diverse perspectives contribute to creative solutions that genuinely address SDG 11's objectives.

Sympathizing with individuals is vital and fundamental by listening effectively and finding out more and profoundly figuring out their point of view or thinking. Additionally inside the group close consideration was given to the partners sees. Inquiries without a right or wrong answer were asked inside the group so the sentiments and feelings inside the group can be heard.

learning about empathy, helped the to open hearts, eyes and brain for others and not just limit it to yourself. Much like valuing the diversity of experiences related to the SDG issue, I did recognize the diverse strengths and expertise each CTN member brings to the table and acknowledging & leveraging these differences will enrich our problem-solving capabilities.

Empathizing with people is very important and essential by listening actively and learning more and deeply understanding their perspective or thinking. Also within the team close attention was given to the teammates views. Open ended questions were asked within the team so the feelings and emotions within the team can be heard.

The main thing I realized was that if I am working to help students find good houses and empathize with their problems, I need to start with my surroundings. Working with my teammates helped me understand their points of view and were able to face challenges and come up with solutions together.

Understanding the circumstances of each of the team members was important to work with them. It helped me understand what was more important for them personally and how to empathize with them

After learning about the SDG issue and how to empathize with those affected by it, I will now have more empathy for my teammates. Within the team, I will now see each team member's strengths and weaknesses, their problems, and try to sit down with them and find a solution with them as this is crucial when working in a team. I will therefore use empathy when working with the members of my CTN innovation team by attempting to understand their thoughts, feelings, and challenges and then collaborating with them to arrive at a desirable solution.

I think that the basis of empathy is how you can feel the emotions of the people who are facing that particular situation by putting self into that situation. Apart from it, empathy will also help to understand the situation and give an opportunity to implement the solution effectively.
