I have developed a profound awareness of the value of teamwork and vulnerability as a result of the experience of expressing my opinions in public. There was initial hesitation brought on by apprehension of judgement or rejection. But as I started speaking openly about my thoughts, I understood that authenticity and connection are fostered by vulnerability. Positive criticism from others helped me to extend my vision while also improving my concepts. This procedure emphasised the value of creating a secure environment for the exchange of ideas and aggressively seeking out other viewpoints. The collaborative spirit that resulted from honest communication considerably enhanced the value and significance of my ideas. My attitude to my future work has changed as a result of this experience, which emphasized the value of communal intelligence and the necessity of embracing vulnerability as a driver of development and creativity.

This journey was a good learning and growing experience. I was able to think out of the box and ask any doubts or queries I had during the class or during the ctn sessions. we also got to talk to the housing coordinator Sarah Stackhouse which helped us gain more information about the project. There were concepts and ideas we were unaware of but as a team we were able to solve and come up with a prototype.

Our experience with Sarah, our lodging agent, instructed me that examining individual worries about lodging openly could feel uncomfortable. Nonetheless, I understood that getting serious about my questions or issues, regardless of whether they appear to be minor, can really assist with revealing insight into comparative issues different understudies may confront. This experience showed me that sharing my considerations is much the same as planting seeds that, with the assistance of others, can develop into further developed arrangements.

Our encounter with Sarah, our housing representative, taught me that discussing personal concerns about housing in public might feel uneasy. However, I realized that opening up about my doubts or issues, even if they seem minor, can actually help shed light on similar problems other students might be facing. This experience showed me that sharing my thoughts is akin to sowing seeds that, with the help of others, can grow into improved solutions.

Future-oriented ideas should be shared publicly because doing so provides for useful input, validation, and the development of a professional network. Being acknowledged as a thought leader can increase one's visibility and reputation, as well as encourage others and advance information exchange. Numerous chances, such as employment offers and speaking engagements, may result from this practise. Learning and personal development are facilitated by participating in conversations about common concepts. However, it's important to continue to be aware of issues like handling bad feedback, preserving intellectual property, and internet privacy. For successfully navigating the realm of publicly expressing ideas, it's important to strike a balance between openness and caution.
