    πŸ€” Reflection question

How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is β€˜right’?

    Girish's Answer

Prototyping is the key part of the design thinking process and also offers quick and low-risk inputs from the users. The prototype is an early sample or model of a product built to test a concept or process.

    πŸ€” Reflection question

How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?

    Girish's Answer

It creates new team dynamics. Ideation techniques are designed to help you push boundaries and think out of the box. Analogous thinking, coming up with the worst possible solution for something, challenging long-standing assumptions and reverse thinking are all strategies that help you think in new innovative ways.

    πŸ€” Reflection question

How might you explain the value of you having a systems-thinking mindset when attempting to define and understand a complex problem?

    Girish's Answer

A mindset more than a prescribed practice, systems thinking provides an understanding of how individuals can work together in different types of teams and through that understanding, create the best possible processes to accomplish just about anything.

    πŸ€” Reflection question

After learning about how to empathize with the people affected by your SDG’s social issue, how you might apply empathy to working with the members on your CTN Innovation Team?

    Girish's Answer

To empathize is to understand or relate to someone else emotional experience. A person with this quality always tries to deeply understand what they are feeling or what it's like to be in their situation.

    πŸ€” Reflection question

After completing the Mobius Strip exercise, what do you feel are next steps towards contributing to the community you care about?

    Girish's Answer

I would personally say that, through this mobius strip activity, I was able to identify my own strengths and the values that I need to focus on. I was also able to identify the social issues and the challenges that the communities and societies going through. Based on this activity I found out that most youths are facing joblessness and an increased rate of unemployment in the society. According to me, these are some of the major issues that majority of the countries are facing right now. It will be really great, if we can find a proper solution and understand the problems faced by the young generation and provide a solution for them would create a great way for the future generations too.
