    🤔 Reflection question

After completing CTN, what new awareness do you have for yourself (ME) and your community (WE) and what is one action you might take to continue to explore it?

    Niyati's Answer

After completing this project with CTN , i am thankful to the team for giving us such opportunity to wok on a project where we can come up with ideas and solutions to an issue which is commonly faced by students studying in college. I being an international student could really relate well to the issues being faced while i worked on this project. The awareness i have about my self and my community is it is always useful and important to be aware of rules, laws and regulations in whichever place you stay in respect of housing is one such area. One action which i will take to explore is keep learning.

    🤔 Reflection question

What did you learn about publicly sharing your ideas that you will carry with you in your future of work?

    Niyati's Answer

The ideas generated during our project development phase were challenged and we use to receive useful feedback while we use to share them in our meetings and with our mentors. This can be a fruitful learning experience that help in the development of our concepts, Best ideas generated have increased visibility towards our mentors and team. Sharing thoughts in public has expanded the body of knowledge. This will be helpful to us as there are stages to be done before coming to the the end solution. There is a process that needs to be followed.

    🤔 Reflection question

How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is ‘right’?

    Niyati's Answer

The prototype and test stage has encouraged us as a team to view failure as a valuable source of learning. Instead of fearing failure we started to think what we can create so that it can be useful and give an amazing result for our ideation. We created a website as a prototype in the start. This shift in perspective helped us embrace challenges and take calculated risks.

    🤔 Reflection question

How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?

    Niyati's Answer

Teamwork helps generate more ideas than a single person working on a single task, working in team helps to get different perspectives which can be used to enhance the ideas generated within the team. During ideation sessions, team members share their thoughts and ideas. Actively listening to the ideas of team members shows engagement and interest in what they have to say. This encourages more open and honest communication within the team. When people feel that they are being heard and understood, they are more likely to trust and are willing to collaborate more effectively.

    🤔 Reflection question

    Niyati's Answer

Empathizing with people is very important and essential by listening actively and learning more and deeply understanding their perspective or thinking. Also within the team close attention was given to the teammates views. Open ended questions were asked within the team so the feelings and emotions within the team can be heard.

    🤔 Reflection question

What did you personally learn about the process of creating your team canvass?

    Niyati's Answer

Team Canvas helped us to understand and form the base of our project it was the first task where lot of ideas were generated as a team. It was a shared understanding where roles and responsibilities were better understood.
