π€ Reflection question
After completing CTN, what new awareness do you have for yourself (ME) and your community (WE) and what is one action you might take to continue to explore it?
Jeen's Answer
As an international who had language barriers and an introvert, I've become more self-confident than ever.I've also discovered that I'm seeing the world through new lenses and discovering new things about myself. In the future, I'll keep applying these techniques to see how I can improve myself.

π€ Reflection question
What did you learn about publicly sharing your ideas that you will carry with you in your future of work?
Jeen's Answer
I discovered how crucial storyboard planning can be and how many different elements go into crafting a compelling narrative that many readers can relate to. The significance of crafting a message that people can broadly and intensely connect with will stay with me. This will help me share my ideas publicly with confidence and without fear of failure, which will help me as a future changemaker.

π€ Reflection question
How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is βrightβ?
Jeen's Answer
Prototyping is critical because it is necessary to test an idea before implementing it. As a result of the testing, we know how they succeeded, and we know what problems and challenges they face, as well as how we solve those issues and become successful during the implementation of a specific idea. This challenge was really important because we are aware of the current situation and different points of view.

π€ Reflection question
How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?
Jeen's Answer
Our team struggled with the Ideation stage, which included intense brainstorming to find different ideas and how each idea might fit in the ideate canvas. However, it helped us in thinking from a different perspective and come up with new ideas to solve the problem. We listened to and discussed each other's ideas as we completed the ideate template, and it was a great way to improve our team's active listening skills.

π€ Reflection question
How might you explain the value of you having a systems-thinking mindset when attempting to define and understand a complex problem?
Jeen's Answer
The systems thinking mindset assists us in grasping the various components of a given problem. It assists us in resolving the problem as well as any other issues that may arise as a result of the problem or its resolution. The iceberg model assisted us in understanding the underlying causes of the problem and the related issues. However, understanding the main concept of system thinking will be very helpful in solving the problem; additionally, we will be able to understand the main point more easily. And the How Might We Worksheet supported us in gaining a new perspective on our root cause.

π€ Reflection question
After learning about how to empathize with the people affected by your SDGβs social issue, how you might apply empathy to working with the members on your CTN Innovation Team?
Jeen's Answer
The empathize module enabled me to see and feel the emotions and struggles of others and their strengths, especially my teammate.Β Empath mapping was an excellent exercise for challenging what we hear, see, and feel. We went through several empathy mapping exercises to identify common denominators among our stakeholders. It has shown me that empathy can and should be a way through which we look no matter who we are dealing with. This helped us gain a deeper understanding of the stakeholder's situation, wants needs, and expectations, and helped us connect with them.Β

Jeen's Answer
It was actually an icebreaker for our group. We were more comfortable with our group after this activity. Everybody reflected on their own limitation and strengths. we assigned each member a role based on their strengths. And we are determined to work on our limitations.
