Honestly, speaking our team struggled a bit with ideation stage as it was hard for everyone to listen to each others ideas and thought process and act accordingly but listening to those ideas was the one thing that helped me and my team in getting through the stage with ease as each of us put more of ur efforts into it to get a better outcome.
