    πŸ€” Reflection question

What session inspired you the most during Changemaker in Residency Week, and why?

    Jermaine's Answer

In all honesty, the first 2 sessions were quite engaging and informative as I gained an additional perspective into CRW 6.0 as well as how to effectively navigate projects and connecting with others. I didn't get to all the sessions I had reserved because of conflict with time and assignments but I was able to get a time in the World CafΓ© which is a unique way of introducing different cultures to each other and working effectively together.

Having such a mindset creates an awareness for one's bias as well as understanding that it is being able to pinpoint areas within that complex problem and having the amity over time to solving that issue.

After completing the Mobius Strip exercise, what do you feel are next steps towards contributing to the community you care about?

    Jermaine's Answer

This exercise was quite helpful in recognizing how important this venture is, and how resourceful we can be once we come together for the common good. As a person, ME - means, "Grasping every opportunity to improve myself," and WE - "Coming together as a community to impact/inspire others as best as WE can." As a group, WE/ME would need to really pool our talents, gifts, resources and expertise to effectively build our changemaking capacity. #Awesome #MobiusStrip
