    🤔 Reflection question

After completing CTN, what new awareness do you have for yourself (ME) and your community (WE) and what is one action you might take to continue to explore it?

    Navnitakumari's Answer

CTN has a very helpful and new experience for us, and it helps to increase our knowledge. In CTN they give many templates that we use to solve a community problem, such as root causes, empathize, ideate, prototype, and Pecha Kucha, this will us to identify stakeholder and their problem, and how we define them their problem and solve their problems. Before working on this modal we are very confused and when we started working on it became very interesting.

    🤔 Reflection question

What did you learn about publicly sharing your ideas that you will carry with you in your future of work?

    Navnitakumari's Answer

Sometimes it’s very difficult to understand some ideas. But, in my view, if present properly and effectively everyone can understand our thoughts. So, if we use pechkucha we can easily define our idea in the community, and also it is making the use of pitchers and create a perfect story so, that every age group of people can easily understand easily. Moreover, everyone can give their feedback and recommendation through this and this is beneficial for the make changes in the future.

    🤔 Reflection question

How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is ‘right’?

    Navnitakumari's Answer

Prototyping is very important because it is very necessary to test the idea before implementing that idea. As a testing result gives the idea of how they succeeded, and we know what problems and challenges they face and how we solve that issues and become successful during the implementation of a particular idea. This challenge is very important as we know about the actual situation we face.

    🤔 Reflection question

How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?

    Navnitakumari's Answer

The ideation process was very tough and time-consuming for us. As everyone shares their idea in the team and out of them we choose some particular ideas it is very confusing for us, but, it’s very beneficial for our team as after that we think out of the box to find some new ideas. Moreover, the ideation goal is to generate a large number of ideas to give a better solution.

    🤔 Reflection question

After learning about how to empathize with the people affected by your SDG’s social issue, how you might apply empathy to working with the members on your CTN Innovation Team?

    Navnitakumari's Answer

To find the solution to any problem we must be aware of the situation. For that, we must understand what people think about that and what they feel because they are important as without them it’s not possible. When working as a team it’s we must respect others’ feelings and the problems they face, this will help to solve their issue.

    Navnitakumari's Answer

I learn many things by creating team canvas like what are our team goals , our team rules and what are the values of our team, then we try to know which all skills our team members have and on the basis of those skills we decide their roles in the project.

    🤔 Reflection question

After completing the Mobius Strip exercise, what do you feel are next steps towards contributing to the community you care about?

    Navnitakumari's Answer

After completing the Mobius Strip exercise, I feel we need to think about community problems as we think about our family’s problems and also try to solve those problems as we solve our personal problems related to our family or friend. So, it will become a very easier to understand community problems and also we can find easier way to solve problems that are faced by the community. As we are also one part of the community so we must be thinking of community issue as our personal issue which is connected to each other as mentioned we are part of the community.
