π€ Reflection question
After completing CTN, what new awareness do you have for yourself (ME) and your community (WE) and what is one action you might take to continue to explore it?
Nikhil's Answer
CTN was a new and interesting experience. It helped me to understand that even a small effort can help in bringing big changes in society. It helped me to understand the importance of every stakeholder in a system. I learned about new and innovative ways to address a social problem and generate ideas to remove that issue.

π€ Reflection question
What did you learn about publicly sharing your ideas that you will carry with you in your future of work?
Nikhil's Answer
Publicly sharing our ideas helps in building self-confidence and self-esteem. It helps us in understanding different ideas and opinions, which ultimately helps in improving the understanding of the subject matter.

π€ Reflection question
How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is βrightβ?
Nikhil's Answer
prototyping and testing the idea helps us in understanding the risks associated with the idea and the ways in which the idea can be improved further to meet the stakeholders' expectations and needs. We learned that an idea cannot be perfect without prototyping and testing it again and again to remove imperfections. It helped us to overcome the fear of failure by teaching us to continue working on a task until the required result is attained.

π€ Reflection question
How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?
Nikhil's Answer
The ideate stage was a little confusing at the beginning, but it provided us with a fresh perspective to look at the issue and brainstorm and listen to the team's ideas. Listening to other ideas helps us to broaden our perspective and helps us to think in a different way.

π€ Reflection question
How might you explain the value of you having a systems-thinking mindset when attempting to define and understand a complex problem?
Nikhil's Answer
The systems thinking mindset helps us to understand the different parts of a particular problem. It helps us to solve the problem as well as other issues that might arise due to that problem or its solution. The iceberg model helped us to understand the root causes of the problem and the connected issues.

π€ Reflection question
After learning about how to empathize with the people affected by your SDGβs social issue, how you might apply empathy to working with the members on your CTN Innovation Team?
Nikhil's Answer
The empathy map canvas helped us to understand how important is it to empathize with the stakeholders who are being affected by the project. It allowed us to understand the issue properly and find solutions for it. While working on the innovation team, we can apply this knowledge to empathize with the team members and improve team performance.

π€ Reflection question
What did you personally learn about the process of creating your team canvass?
Nikhil's Answer
The process of creating a team canvass help to get to know teammates about their views and vision. It helped us to know about the individual qualities and strengths and the individual differences among all the team members. We also learnt that even with these differences, we can work together as an effective team by using the other team members' strengths and together, we can work progressively to make a difference.

π€ Reflection question
After completing the Mobius Strip exercise, what do you feel are next steps towards contributing to the community you care about?
Nikhil's Answer
After completing the Mobius strip exercise, I feel community issues should be given the same importance as we provide to our problems. I believe the best way to contribute to the community when we will start thinking we are doing it for ourselves or for our people. As this activity specifies ME=WE so we have to think of the community as we are doing something for ourselves and if I am doing something for myself so I have to think from a perspective that will also affect others as ME=WE. I think that we are also a part of the community if we think of it as a separate part then it will be difficult to contribute to anything in society. We are living in a community so we have to think about everyone and also we have to also think about our future generations. I believe if we start understanding the community problems as our own problems then it will be easy to resolve community issues.
