    🤔 Reflection question

How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?

    Noyal's Answer

We generated many ideas that we had not previously thought of during the ideation phase. Because I had to listen to my team's ideas and thought processes in order to come up with this one, it helped us develop our active listening skills. Then we each added something to that concept to make it more powerful and useful. Our team had trouble with the ideation stage, which called for vigorous brainstorming to generate various ideas and consider how each idea might fit in the ideate canvas. However, it helped us to think differently and come up with fresh answers to the issue. It was a great way to increase our team's active communication because we listened to and discussed each other's ideas as we completed the ideate template.

    🤔 Reflection question

How might you explain the value of you having a systems-thinking mindset when attempting to define and understand a complex problem?

    Noyal's Answer

Even though not all issues can be avoided, having this mindset and process would properly prepare your team for a variety of situations. This way of thinking also allows you to see a complex issue from a variety of angles, which can reveal crucial details and concepts like leverage points.
