The empathy map canvas helped our team to empathise with the stakeholders of the project. We defined different stakeholders for the project and prepared an empathy map canvas for each of them. This helped us in gaining a deeper understanding of the stakeholder's situation, wants needs, and expectations, and helped us in connecting with them. The empathy map canvas is a great tool to understand and empathise with the stakeholders to come up with an idea that addresses all their needs and expectations.
