    πŸ€” Reflection question

After completing CTN, what new awareness do you have for yourself (ME) and your community (WE) and what is one action you might take to continue to explore it?

    Sachu's Answer

This approach taught me fresh perspectives on issues and the value of being informed about what's going on in the globe and in our communities. I'll keep looking into methods for bringing about change to assist communities that struggle with accessibility and inclusivity issues. I'll also bring with me the knowledge that sometimes even the simplest actions can have a big influence. The CTN provided a novel and interesting experience. It helped me to see that even a small effort might result in enormous cultural change. I was able to understand the importance of each system stakeholder better.

    πŸ€” Reflection question

What did you learn about publicly sharing your ideas that you will carry with you in your future of work?

    Sachu's Answer

I realised how important it is to communicate your views to others since they might be able to bring about the change we want to see in the neighbourhood. Along with your own, it's crucial to get everyone's ideas and opinions, as those could influence how you improve the idea. I discovered that we can all try to alter the community by sharing our opinions. Additionally, it is better to have other people's opinions and thoughts added on top of your own.

    πŸ€” Reflection question

What session inspired you the most during Changemaker in Residency Week, and why?

    Sachu's Answer

I had a great time participating in this activity with my group members, and it also helped me learn more about the UN Sustainable Development Goals. It was the most valuable portion of the session for me since it highlighted numerous targets and objectives that can assist me and other changemakers in enacting a variety of social reforms that will benefit society as a whole.

    πŸ€” Reflection question

How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is β€˜right’?

    Sachu's Answer

Because some ideas are imperfect, prototyping and testing are essential. So, before we apply it, we must double-check. It is part of the learning process and does not imply that the idea is a failure.

    πŸ€” Reflection question

How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?

    Sachu's Answer

Throughout the ideation stage, we developed many ideas that we had not previously considered. Because I had to listen to my team's thoughts and thought process when coming up with this idea, it helped us enhance our active listening abilities. We then individually contributed to that idea in order to make it stronger and more effective.

    πŸ€” Reflection question

How might you explain the value of you having a systems-thinking mindset when attempting to define and understand a complex problem?

    Sachu's Answer

Systems thinking is a problem-solving method that investigates the linkages between organizational functions. Systems thinking is effective because it allows you to forecast the effects of a potential change. To bring them to the surface, make them explicit, test them, and enhance them so that we grow less and less wrong over time. And the benefit of that is becoming increasingly effective.

    πŸ€” Reflection question

After learning about how to empathize with the people affected by your SDG’s social issue, how you might apply empathy to working with the members on your CTN Innovation Team?

    Sachu's Answer

The modules on empathy opened me new views for me, and the empathy map expanded on several empathy issues and strengths. It made me realize how we are in a state of empathy. It gives me a platform to investigate specific aspects of my life. I had a terrific experience working on the empathy courses with my team.
