    🤔 Reflection question

How might you explain the value of you having a systems-thinking mindset when attempting to define and understand a complex problem?

    Sanjose's Answer

By using a systems-thinking mindset to approach a complex problem. Having a mindset like this is really helpful when working in a team as it will result in a effective outcome. By having a system mindset means to have a holistic approach towards dealing with many factors and forces that could contribute to understand and solve a complex problem. It will be helpful in knowing what makes the problem so complex and what are the reasons behind it.

What session inspired you the most during Changemaker in Residency Week, and why?

    Sanjose's Answer

The most inspired session was talking about United Nations Sustainable Development Goals- what is it and how to do it. It is what #ChangetheNow speaks of. As changemakers, we are aimed at achieving the SDG goals and bring a change in our society.

    🤔 Reflection question

After learning about how to empathize with the people affected by your SDG’s social issue, how you might apply empathy to working with the members on your CTN Innovation Team?

    Sanjose's Answer

Empathy is the ability to put oneself in another ’s position and understand what they are going through from within their frame of reference. In a situation where I need to put empathy into my team, I would understand each of my team members. I will try to make them active. By knowing what is their situation and what they are going through, the output team work will be more effective and efficient.
