I will be understanding with my peers as well as the people I will be working with in the field. Whether that is the 4 people in my placement or the mentor, supervisors or monitor. I will provide understanding, empathy and always have a listening ear. I will ensure the people I'm working with in the Social Innovation team are never feeling alone.
