π€ Reflection question
What did you learn about publicly sharing your ideas that you will carry with you in your future of work?
Sharon's Answer
It can be challenging to open up about an individualist idea. Moreover, it is the strength that shows how incompetent we can be. This becomes a phase of reflection, At the same time, the idea can be an objective of a new plan or a thought that the whole society will reflect on.

π€ Reflection question
How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is βrightβ?
Sharon's Answer
An idea cannot be implemented without testing. It has to go through the experimenting stage. Multiple tests can give multiple results, As we reach a stage of finding cumulative similar results and errors we become more confident to rectify the errors and find the right solutions. This challenge makes us more stronger and the whole experience becomes a learning process.

π€ Reflection question
How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?
Sharon's Answer
The thought process flows through random ideas and focusing on one particular task can be difficult. When sharing ideas in a team, questioning our instincts can be one way to keep focus. patience and time for others is yet another achievable quality to accomplish. Focusing on listening rather than talking can find clarity in our minds as well as a common ground for everyone to share views.

π€ Reflection question
How might you explain the value of you having a systems-thinking mindset when attempting to define and understand a complex problem?
Sharon's Answer
Defining a problem itself will take action to understand the consequence. Generating the back story for the problem can get to the root cause of the issue. At the same time, it cannot be just a hypothesis; more objectifying evidence is necessary to understand the condition.

π€ Reflection question
After learning about how to empathize with the people affected by your SDGβs social issue, how you might apply empathy to working with the members on your CTN Innovation Team?
Sharon's Answer
Analysis of any situation can be the first step taken to problem-solving. At the same time, considering the things happening in the surroundings and considering the people being part of it is also important. differentiating between sympathizing and empathizing can be portrayed through our actions by not just understanding the other person but also being accommodative to their situation. Hence, it was a great reflection of working in a team to mutually understand and respect team members' presence.

π€ Reflection question
After completing the Mobius Strip exercise, what do you feel are next steps towards contributing to the community you care about?
Sharon's Answer
Service to society does not have a conditioned format it can be achieved through volunteering, or being part of a club or community, and even trying to help a stressed person. Mental health support can be a huge responsibility. Having someone to listen to and trust in a difficult situation can be challenging. Like a friend in need being present for someone in need is a simple step. Even if we do not have answers to all the questions connecting for hope can be the beginning of a new phase within the comunity .
