At the same time, considering the things happening in the surroundings and considering the people being part of it is also important. differentiating between sympathizing and empathizing can be portrayed through our actions by not just understanding the other person but also being accommodative to their situation. Hence, it was a great reflection of working in a team to mutually understand and respect team members' presence.
