π€ Reflection question
After completing CTN, what new awareness do you have for yourself (ME) and your community (WE) and what is one action you might take to continue to explore it?
Victoria's Answer
I have been aware of the different things in the community that are not accessible and how they are affected by these things. I have also learned that I am thinking in different lens and learning new things about me. I will continue to use these skills in the future and see what I can develop within myself.

What did you learn about publicly sharing your ideas that you will carry with you in your future of work?
Victoria's Answer
I learned that with sharing our ideas other people can try to make a change within the community. Also that it is better to have different views and peoples ideas to add on top of yours.

What session inspired you the most during Changemaker in Residency Week, and why?
Victoria's Answer
I got to experience the Resume and Skill Building with Micro-Certificates and the most inspiring part of the session for myself was learning about how the micro certificates were developed. I found this interesting and I am glad that I am part of being a changemaker.

How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is βrightβ?
Victoria's Answer
Prototyping and testing stage can help you over come fear as it shows it is okay to fail and try again. If you feel like you are failing or something is challenging you then it is okay to try multiple times and it is okay to fail.

π€ Reflection question
How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?
Victoria's Answer
Through out the ideation stage we brainstormed different ideas that we had not thought of before. This helped us develop our active listening skills because I had to listen to my teams ideas and there thought process when coming to this idea. We then we each added on parts to that idea to make it stronger and more beneficial.

How might you explain the value of you having a systems-thinking mindset when attempting to define and understand a complex problem?
Victoria's Answer
While working through a problem the systems-thinking mindset helps us understand each part of the problem. While we worked on the iceberg model we got to understand the root causes and how they affect the system as a whole.

After learning about how to empathize with the people affected by your SDGβs social issue, how you might apply empathy to working with the members on your CTN Innovation Team?
Victoria's Answer
We can show empathy to our members on our team by always taking everyone's ideas and not sticking with just one person, but also understand there ideas and maybe other people can build of those ideas and it will show how much we appreciate that idea

π€ Reflection question
After completing the Mobius Strip exercise, what do you feel are next steps towards contributing to the community you care about?
Victoria's Answer
I feel like the next step is now taking action. I now know what needs to improve in the community and I need to take a step and actually help create change. I can do this by trying to connect with people about what needs to change and trying to create changes in the community.
