    What did you learn about publicly sharing your ideas that you will carry with you in your future of work?

    I learned a lot about how to present a product. For example, the font, the pictures, and the length of the presentation. These are very useful tips, for school works/ future work as well.

    How might the prototype & test stage help you with overcoming a fear of failure or challenging your assumptions about what is β€˜right’?

    this stage is very important to our project, we made a prototype, and we test it over and over agin. Testing it help us to discover the product weakness and help us to create a better product.

    How might ideation help you develop your active listening skills to brainstorm and reflect on ideas effectively with your team?

    The ideate stage we sharing lots of ideas. Our team is very diverse, so we came up with so many ideas, and see things from different perspective. Active listening is very important while working in a group, I think we did a very good job on listening to each other.

    By adopting a systems-thinking approach, I may better understand the systems around me and get closer to obtaining the best performance.

    Applying empathy to working with the member in my ream can help me feel what others feel and connect to them better, it also helps people to build trust in me, so that we can work better as a team.

    What did you personally learn about the process of creating your team canvass?

    This is a very good exercise for team building, I am getting better at working as a team, and respect different opinions, and also don't be afraid to share my opinions.

    After completing the Mobius Strip exercise, what do you feel are next steps towards contributing to the community you care about?

    Wing Yi's Answer

    This mobius strip activity is really fun! It helps me identify my strengths and things that I should work on, and also identify the community needs. We should treat people that way we want to be treated, community issues, in my opinion, ought to be prioritised equally with personal ones.
